David Sanders-Smith director and founder of RESULT Clothing Ltd has been awarded the prestigious ‘Business man of the year’ title at the Colchester District Business awards 2006.

In 1994 David founded RESULT having over 20 years experience in the promotional clothing industry. The aim was to provide a stock range of jackets suitable for embellishment, sold in the UK and throughout Europe by reputable distributors. In 2003 a state of the art warehouse was acquired at Earls Colne to cope with the ever expanding company, and he is currently launching RESULT into the retail sector. The company employs 55 local people and in his own words “work is both my hobby and my passion”.
